Eliason Inc. is the largest real estate brokerage firm in Northern Wisconsin. They offer a comprehensive range of investment and financial services, including TIC (Tenant-In-Common) and 1031 Exchange programs, financial planning, investment management, NASD registered broker-dealer services and insurance services.

Challenge
Create a set of Web sites to unify the Eliason brand identity and showcase each company's services, staff and transactions in a simplified manner.

Solution
All three Eliason sites feature a custom built content management system which allows a single staff member to update and edit the content on every site. The sites are XHTML and Section 508 compliant and feature a unified CSS layout that enabled future sites to be added quickly while easily maintaining the brand identity.

I also integrated a web-based e-mail marketing campaign for Eliason 1031 Properties with online subscriber management and full results tracking.
